海砂淡化设备清洗海沙技术介绍
海砂淡化机的工作原理相对复杂,它是一种纯物理技术除氯的设备,不需要添加任何化学药剂,每天所需原料是一桶纯净水或者蒸馏水,对空气和水不会造成任何的污染,环保可以达标排放。它是依靠电力将电解水获取的氧气转化为活性粒子,从而增加清洗水的活性,对附着在海沙表层的氯离子沉积物进行强渗透和强氧化,在经过淡化机搅洗筒内进行强制搅洗,从而达到氯离子沉积层的分解剥离。

一些原始的冲水水洗法,只能将海沙表面的很少一部分没有完全沉积板结的氯离子洗掉,不能达到除氯的效果。而且需要将沙子预先在淡水中浸泡48—64小时,才能再进一步处理,这样废水、费时、费事、产量小、生产费用高、占地面积大,无法满足连续工作的需求。
